> let's talk about your project

Collaboration

Looking for someone to design and build a web application for your business, or help automate repetitive processes? Let's talk.

What I Offer

Custom Web Applications

Management dashboards, CRM systems, booking apps, client portals, document workflows. I build what your business actually needs — not a generic template forced into your process.

Process Automation

I identify manual, repetitive work and replace it with automated flows: document processing, system integration, report generation, form and email handling.

AI as an Add-on

A chatbot that knows your offer, an internal assistant for your team, an agent handling incoming correspondence — as an extension of a deployed application or a standalone tool.

How It Works

01

Get in touch

Describe what you want to change or automate in your business. No technical knowledge required — it's enough to know what problem you want to solve.

02

Discovery call

A short call to understand your process, identify the problem, and establish what's worth building.

03

Proposal

I prepare a written proposal with scope, timeline, and cost — no hidden fees.

04

Delivery

I build the solution with regular check-ins. You see progress as it happens and can give feedback along the way.

Who It's For

I work with small and medium-sized businesses that have repetitive processes worth automating, or that need a dedicated tool instead of yet another spreadsheet.

Law firms & practices

Electronic document workflows, case or patient management, automated reminders.

Agencies & studios

Client portals, project and brief management systems, integrations with tools you already use.

Retail & services

Booking systems, B2B panels, automated invoicing, integrations with suppliers.

Operations & logistics

Order tracking, report generation, automated correspondence with clients and vendors.

After the Project

Delivery is not the end of the engagement — we can agree on what happens next.

Warranty

Every project includes a warranty period during which I fix bugs at no additional cost.

Optional maintenance

We can agree on a fixed retainer for updates, monitoring, and minor changes — or work ad hoc whenever something needs fixing.

Full code handover

You get full access to the repository and documentation. The code is yours — I'm not a middleman you're locked into forever.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. If new requirements emerge during delivery, we discuss them and add an amendment to the agreement with a clear impact on timeline and cost. Nothing happens without your knowledge.

You do. Once the project is paid for, all rights to the code are transferred to you. I don't use any lock-in mechanisms.

No. All I need is for you to know your own process well — I handle the rest.

A simple automation or integration usually takes 2–4 weeks. A full web application is 6–16 weeks, depending on scope. An exact timeline is part of every proposal.

Yes. I can set up infrastructure and handle deployment on a server, VPS, or cloud. Maintenance and monitoring is a separate agreement we establish after the project wraps up.

Describe your process or problem — and I'll propose how I can help.
